SHIPPING COSTS

Unfortunately, we have had to pause our international orders on our website.

DELIVERY TIMES
You will receive an email once your items are ready to dispatch. Please note, there is currently a turnaround of 3-5 working days on all orders. If you need us to rush your order, please email hello@brightbeardesigns.co.uk and we will see what we can do.
If you have not received your order within the estimated shipping window above, please contact us so we can track your item. Please note that proof of postage is obtained for all orders.
In the event that your order does get lost, then Royal Mail advise that a period of time must pass after your expected delivery date before your item can be declared as lost:
○ United Kingdom: 10 working days
○ Europe: 20 working days
○ Rest of the World: 25 working days
Once this time has passed, a replacement item will be re-sent at no extra cost to you. If you do not wish to wait for the time period stated above, then you will be charged for the cost of a new print and its shipping. In no circumstances will a refund be issued for lost post.
Please ensure that the delivery information you have provided is correct. If you discover that the address you have provided is inaccurate, please contact hello@brightbeardesigns.co.uk with your order number so we can correct before your items are dispatched. If we aren't notified of the correct address, we cannot be held liable for missing items, and an additional postage cost will be added before your items can be re-sent once they have been returned to us by our courier.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have 14 days from the item arriving to change your mind and send it back to us for a refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value. You are responsible for returns postage unless the item is damaged or faulty.
In the rare instance that an item might reach you and you find fault with it, please contact hello@brightbeardesigns.co.uk immediately or use our contact form. We do ask that you include any photographs of any damage or fault along with all original packaging so we can file a complaint with our courier. We may ask you to return the damaged item for a full refund or replacement.
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
○ Custom or personalised orders
○ Digital downloads
○ Items on sale
